The Fundación Ciudad de la Energía (CIUDEN) is a research institution created by the Spanish Government in 2006.

The Fundación Ciudad de la Energía (CIUDEN) is a research institution created by the Spanish Government in 2006. CIUDEN’s main objectives are the R&D&D and contribution to public acceptance of efficient, cost effective and reliable CCS and CCT. For this purpose large-scale integrated Technology Centres for Capture and Transport (TCCT), and Geological Storage of CO2 are currently under construction.As a necessary complement to the technical R&D activities, CIUDEN is carrying out a complete and integral communication plan in order to foster a social atmosphere in favour of clean energy technologies.

CIUDEN leads the dialogue in Spain.
